Last year’s celebration: 50th Anniversary of School
Lakeview School held a very successful open day to celebrate the school’s 50th anniversary. Students showcased the great work they are doing in the Junior Certificate Level 2 programme, woodwork, science, food and cookery and art. Galway Mayor Neil McNelis also presented students with their well deserved Gaisce awards. The open day concluded with a performance from the school choir of “Lean on Me” and “Stand by Me”
